Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, shredded cabbage and WATCHAREE’S Thai Massaman Curry sauce.

2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the turkey mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper.

3. Using your index finger to dip in water, lightly wet around the edges of the dumpling, carefully folding both sides together to seal. Crimp the edges of each and repeat the process.

4. Set aside on a plate covered with a damp towel to prevent dumplings from drying out.

5. Steam dumplings in a stack steamer pot, Chinese bamboo steamer or in a plate set over a rack in a deep pan if you don’t have a steamer handy in your kitchen

6. Bring water to a boil and steam dumplings for 10-12 minutes until they are cooked through depending on the size of the dumplings. Check and refill water during the steaming process.
