Ingredients
- 1 
- jar WATCHAREE'S Thai Massaman curry
- ½ 
- lb. beef, cut into chunks
- 1 
- potato, cut into small chunks
- 1 
- onion, cut into wedges
- 3 
- tbsp. roasted peanuts
Directions
- Add WATCHAREE'S Massaman Curry Sauce to a sauce pan or wok and warm over medium heat.
- Add beef and stir for 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes and onions, and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until beef is cooked through, and potatoes and onions are soft.
- Remove from heat and serve with steamed jasmine rice, sticky rice, nan or roti.
