Thai Green Curry Sauce Pot Pie

- Thai Green Curry Sauce
- 1 
- 9" pie dough
- 1 
- tbsp. oil
- 2 
- cups ground turkey breast
- 1 
- cup leeks, julienne
- 2 
- cups potato, cut into small cubes
- 1 
- tsp. corn starch
- 2 
- tbsp. water
- 1 
- egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add oil and leeks. Stir and cook until soft.
- Add potato and sauté for 3-5 minutes.
- Add ground turkey, water and increase to medium-high heat.
- Sauté until potato is soft and turkey is cooked through.
- Add

- Thai Green Curry Sauce.
- Mix cornstarch with water, add to the pan and stir until the mixture thickens.
- Spoon the mixture into a 9” pie dish or 4 small pie dishes.
- Top the mixture with dough, folding under, and seal.
- Combine egg and water to make egg wash.
- Brush egg wash over the dough.
- Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
