1 jar WATCHAREE'S Thai Green Curry Sauce
1 ½ lb. salmon fillet
1 tbsp. oil
4 sprigs sweet basil (optional)
4 leaves kaffir lime leaves, shredded (optional)
Rinse the salmon in cold water and pat dry.
Cut into 4 pieces. Preheat a skillet or grill pan to medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Coat salmon lightly with oil and place in a skillet or grill pan.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned. Cooking time varies depend on thickness of the salmon. Transfer to serving plates.
Heat Watcharee’s Thai Green Curry Sauce in a sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Spoon the sauce over the salmon and garnish with basil or shredded kaffir lime leaves. Serve with steamed jasmine rice or brown rice.
