Thai Green Curry Seafood with Pasta

Ingredients

- Thai Green Curry Sauce
- 4 
- cups pasta, cooked
- 1½ 
- lb. seafood
- 1 
- tbsp. oil
- ¼ 
- cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- ½ 
- cup black olives, pitted and diced
- 1 
- cup basil leaves, julienned
- 1 
- cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- In a large sauté pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and heat for about 1 minute.
- Add seafood, such as shrimp, fish, or scallops, and cook about 5-8 minutes depending on size or thickness of the seafood.
- Add black olives, pasta, and Watcharee’s Thai Green Curry Sauce.
- Mix all ingredients together over low heat. Remove from heat and sprinkle with the Parmesan and basil.
