Grilled Swordfish Tacos with Thai Peanut Sauce
These grilled swordfish tacos bring a fresh, coastal twist to taco night, combining tender, smoky fish with the bold, nutty flavor of our authentic Thai Peanut Sauce. Inspired by both seaside cooking and Thai flavor traditions, this dish is light, vibrant, and full of character.
Firm, meaty swordfish grills beautifully, creating a rich base that pairs perfectly with crisp toppings and a drizzle of our peanut sauce. The result is a balanced combination of smoky, creamy, and refreshing elements in every bite.
Quick to prepare and naturally gluten-free, this recipe is ideal for warm-weather meals, casual gatherings, or a simple way to enjoy seafood with a Thai-inspired twist. It is an easy, flavorful option that feels both elevated and approachable.
