Ingredients

  • 1/3 bottle Watcharee’s Thai Basil &
  • Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 3–4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced (optional for extra aroma) 
  • 1 lb shrimp (fresh or steamed) 
  • 2–3 small bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Thai soy sauce (optional) 
  • 1–3 red and green chilies, chopped (optional, for heat) 
  • 3–4 stems fresh holy basil leaves (optional, but traditional) 

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: mince the garlic, chop the chilies (if using), and slice the vegetables.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked and pink if using fresh shrimp.
  4. Toss in the bell peppers and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in the red and green chilies (if using) and cook for another minute.
  6. Pour in Watcharee’s Thai Basil &
  7. Garlic Sauce. Add soy sauce if desired. Toss everything to coat evenly in the sauce.
  8. Add the fresh holy basil, stir to combine, and remove from heat.
