Seared Pork Chops with Pineapple and Vegetables

Ingredients
- Watcharee’s Thai Sweet &
- Sour Sauce with Pineapple
- 4 1-inch boneless pork chopsÂ
- 1 bunch asparagus, rinsed and trimmedÂ
- 1 small bell pepper, slicedÂ
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed or canned pineappleÂ
- 2-3 scallions, slicedÂ
- Salt and pepperÂ
- Oil (we love our oil mister)Â
Directions
- Pat dry pork chops.Â
- Mist each pork chop with oil. Season with salt and pepper.Â
- Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.Â
- Cook at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- If you use a stovetop grill pan, brush the pan with oil and heat to medium heat.Â
- Cook the pork chops on each side for about 10-15 minutes till golden brown, turning the pork chops halfway through cooking time.
- Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with aluminum foil and rest for 5-10 minutes.Â
- Trim, rinse and pat dry asparagus spears and mist with oil.Â
- You can cook on the same grill pan or in the air fryer.
- If using an air fryer, cook in a single layer at 375 degrees for 5-8 minutes.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix pineapple, bell pepper, and scallions with Watcharee’s Sweet &
- Sour with Pineapple sauce.
- Top each pork chops with the pineapple and vegetable mixture and serve with charred asparagus.
