Seared Pork Chops with Thai Basil & Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ bottle Watcharee’s Thai Basil &
  • Garlic Sauce 
  •  
  • 4 1-inch boneless pork chops
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced 
  • ¼ head of cauliflower, cut into small pieces 
  • ½ onion, sliced 
  • 3-4 tbs oil
  • Salt and pepper 
  •  

Directions

  1. Toss all vegetables with 2 tbs of oil. Add salt and pepper. 
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet pan to medium high and add 1-2 tbs of oil. 
  3. Add pork chops to the skillet pan and sear for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. 
  4. Flip the pork chops to sear on other side for another 5-7 minutes. 
  5. Turn off the heat.
  6. Rest seared pork chops on a rack or a plate and cover with foil. 
  7. Heat the cast iron skillet pan to medium high and add 1-2 tbs of oil. 
  8. Add vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes.

  11. Serve pork chops and vegetables with Watcharee’s Basil &
  12. Garlic Sauce. 
  13. Enjoy!
