Take your avocado game to the next level with a burst of Thai sweet chili and ginger! This flavor combination will add a new twist to your favorite avocado dishes. Perfect for an afternoon snack or as appetizers.
¼ cup Watcharee’s Thai Sweet Chili & Ginger sauce
Grilled shrimp or other leftover protein that you have on hand
4 avocados, cut in half.
¼ cup walnuts
4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 carrot, shredded
Purple daikon, shredded (optional)
½ cup microgreens (optional)
Assemble everything on each avocado.
