Classic Thai Red Curry with Chicken
For busy weeknights, Watcharee’s Thai Red Curry makes cooking a breeze. Inspired by Southern Thai cuisine, our red curry sauce had an extra dose of turmeric. Traditional recipes have chicken or pork with eggplant, bamboo shoots, kaffir lime leaves, and basil, but you can substitute any vegetables you have on hand. Enjoy creating a quick and satisfying meal that will please everyone!
