Thai Yellow Curry with Tofu
This Thai yellow curry with tofu is a comforting, mildly spiced dish with a creamy coconut base and warm turmeric flavor. The tofu absorbs the rich curry sauce as it cooks, creating a satisfying, plant-based meal that is both nourishing and full of flavor.
Using our Thai Yellow Curry Sauce, you can enjoy authentic Thai taste at home without the need to build the curry from scratch. Serve with jasmine rice or pair with noodles for an easy weeknight dinner. If you enjoy exploring Thai curries, you can also try our Thai Green Curry Sauce for a fresher, herb-forward dish or create a rich noodle bowl using our Thai Peanut Sauce.
