In Thailand and across Southeast Asia, charcoal-grilled chicken is a street-food favorite. You can savor tender, juicy, grilled chicken cooked outdoors on the grill or indoors using a grill pan or cast-iron skillet. Add Watcharee’s Thai Lemongrass & Chili Sauce to add the unique flavor of lemongrass and a touch of Thai spicy chili. Serve with rice, cauliflower rice, pasta, zoodles, or noodles.
Ingredients
Watcharee’s Thai Lemongrass &
Chili Sauce 
4 skinless chicken breasts 
Oil or oil mister 
Salt and pepper 
 
2 cucumbers, sliced 
Tomatoes 
 
Directions
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Mist the chicken breasts with oil mister. 
 
Bring skillet pan to high heat for 2-3 minutes. 
Coat the pan with oil and add chicken. 
Cook for 5-7 minutes, depending on the size of chicken breasts. 
Flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through. 
Turn off the heat and rest grilled chicken on a plate for 5 minutes. 
 
 
Drizzle Watcharee’s Lemongrass &
Chili Sauce on chicken and serve with sliced cucumber and tomatoes. 
 
 
If you would like to add more spice to this dish, serve with Nam Pla Prik.
