Ingredients
- 1 bottle Watcharee’s Thai Spicy Chili Sauce
- 2 cooked lobsters, meat removed and roughly chopped
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup sweet Thai basil leaves (or other basil)
- ¼ cup culantro leaves (optional) – a stronger, earthy herb often used in Southeast Asian cuisine.
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ lime, cut to wedges
- ¼ cup edible flowers, roughly chopped (optional)
Directions
- Roughly chop the mint, basil, and culantro leaves. Set aside.
- Prepare the lobster by removing the cooked meat from the shells and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the vegetables – halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion.
- Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl: lobster, chopped herbs, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Add Watcharee’s Thai Spicy Chili Sauce to taste (start with 3–4 tablespoons). Gently toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Plate the salad and top with edible flowers if using.
