Thai Twist Dumpling Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1/3 bottle Watcharee’s Thai Basil &Garlic sauce
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2–3 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 to 1 cup stock (chicken or vegetable)
- 12 wonton skins
- 1 tbsp chili oil (optional)
- Mixing bowl
- 4 Ramekins (for individual portions)
- Steamer basket or bamboo steamer
- Or a deep pot with a lid (large enough to hold ramekins with space for steaming water)
Directions
- Add ground turkey to a mixing bowl.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and Watcharee’s Thai Basil &Garlic Sauce.
- Add shredded cabbage, scallions, and fresh ginger.
- Add stock if you like your dumplings juicy. Reserve 4 tablespoons of stock to add at the end.
- Mix well. The texture will be very soft.
- Fill the bottom layer of each ramekin with the turkey mixture.
- Add a wonton skin on top and repeat the layering, using 3 wonton skins per bowl.
- Spoon a little of the reserved stock and a drizzle of sesame oil over the top layer. Sprinkle with the remaining scallions and a dash of white pepper.
- Fill a pot or deep pan with water.
- Add a steamer rack and place the ramekins inside. Steam for 15 minutes.
- Add chili oil (optional) on top and serve.
