Red Curry Sauce:

Yellow Curry Sauce:
A mild curry with origins in India, this beloved Thai comfort food, known as kaeng kari, is rich in turmeric and cumin, and believed to promote longevity. True to her roots, at home Watcharee serves with a Thai cucumber relish called ajat to add a bit of zing.
Coconut Curry Sauce:
Thai coconut curry, or Khao Soi, is a favorite in northern Thailand with its rustic culinary traditions. Heat sauce in a saucepan, add favorite protein and vegetables, and cook through. Serve over egg noodles with traditional garnishes like shallots, chili oil and lime. Also use as a stir-fry, marinade or finishing sauce in fusion creations of your own.
Green Curry Sauce:
Bold yet delicate, Watcharee has created a blend of sour, sweet and salty flavors that has a sophistication all its own. Green curry is a Thai favorite served with meat or seafood and vegetables over jasmine rice or vermicelli rice noodles.
