Ingredients
- 1 jar WATCHAREE’S Thai red curry sauce
- 1 cup cubed extra firm tofu
- 1 package ready to eat Udon or any cooked noodles of your choice
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup edamame
- 1-2 scallions, sliced
- 1-2 fresh red chili peppers, for optional added heat
Directions
- Put Thai red curry sauce in a pot over medium heat. A Japanese nabe pot or Korean stone bowl also works well.
- Add noodles, tofu, edamame and carrots. For a thinner curry sauce, add water.
- Bring to a boil, add scallions and optional chilies. Turn off the heat and enjoy!
