Southern Thai cuisine, known for its liberal use of fresh turmeric, is the inspiration for our red curry sauce. Heat sauce in a saucepan, add favorite protein and vegetables, and cook through. Serve with jasmine rice or noodles. Also use as a stir-fry, marinade or finishing sauce in fusion creations of your own.
