  • 1 tbsp rice flour

  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro, for garnish

Directions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut into bite-sized cubes. Toss with coconut aminos (or soy sauce), cornstarch, and rice flour until evenly coated.
  2. Arrange tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
