Ingredients
- ¼ cup Watcharee's Thai Peanut Sauce, for dipping
- 1 (14–16 oz) block extra-firm tofu, pressed and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts, for garnish
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro, for garnish
Directions
- Press tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut into bite-sized cubes. Toss with coconut aminos (or soy sauce), cornstarch, and rice flour until evenly coated.
- Arrange tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
