Thai Beef Massaman Curry with Naan
This Thai Beef Massaman Curry with Naan is a quick, comforting dinner made with our Massaman Curry Sauce. Tender beef, potatoes, onions, and roasted peanuts simmer together in a rich coconut curry sauce, then are served with naan, roti, or rice for an easy Thai-inspired meal at home.

Ingredients
- 1 jar WATCHAREE'S Thai Massaman curry
- ½ lb. beef, cut into chunks
- 1 potato, cut into small chunks
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp. roasted peanuts
Directions
- Add WATCHAREE'S Massaman Curry Sauce to a sauce pan or wok and warm over medium heat.
- Add beef and stir for 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes and onions, and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until beef is cooked through, and potatoes and onions are soft.
- Remove from heat and serve with steamed jasmine rice, sticky rice, nan or roti.
