Gourmet Thai Spicy Chili Tuna Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Watcharee’s Thai Spicy Chili Sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 2 cans tuna (5 oz each), drained well
  • 3–4 small sweet peppers, finely diced (red, yellow or orange)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

For Serving:

  • 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
  • Small appetizer spoons or individual serving dishes

Directions

  1. Drain the canned tuna thoroughly. Transfer to a bowl and gently break into small pieces with a fork.

  2. Remove seeds from the sweet peppers and finely dice them.

  3. Add diced peppers and chopped cilantro to the tuna.

  4. Add 4 tablespoons Watcharee’s Thai Spicy Chili Sauce and gently toss to coat.

  5. Place a small amount of shredded cabbage in each appetizer spoon or serving dish.

  6. Spoon the tuna mixture over the cabbage.
