Grilled Tofu with Quinoa and Thai Peanut Sauce
This grilled tofu with quinoa and our Thai Peanut Sauce is a wholesome, protein-rich dish packed with bold flavor and satisfying texture. The tofu is lightly grilled for a golden exterior while staying tender inside, then paired with fluffy quinoa and drizzled with our creamy, savory-sweet peanut sauce. It’s a balanced, plant-based meal that’s easy to prepare and perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 cup WATCHAREE'S Thai Peanut Sauce
- 4 cups cooked quinoa
- 2 12 oz. packages of extra firm or firm tofu
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. ground peanuts
- 1 tbsp. deep fried shallots (optional)
Directions
- Drain tofu and cut the contents of each package into 4 squares and let sit for 5 minutes to release water.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium high heat, add oil, and sear or grill tofu on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- Pour WATCHAREE'S Thai Peanut sauce and sprinkle ground peanuts over the tofu.
- Serve with quinoa and garnish with micro sprouts, cilantro or mint leaves. Add deep fried shallots for a crunchy texture and taste.
