Crispy Thai Massaman Turkey Dumplings
These Thai Massaman Turkey Dumplings are a flavorful appetizer made with ground turkey, shredded cabbage, and our Massaman Curry Sauce. Pan-fry the dumplings until golden and crispy on the bottom, then steam them until tender, or make them in an air fryer for an easy crispy version. Serve on their own or with soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.
