Ingredients
- 1 jar WATCHAREE'S Thai Yellow Curry Sauce
- 8 pork loin boneless chops (3-4 oz. per chop)
- 2 tbs oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Lightly rub pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet or a grill pan over medium-low heat.
- Add the pork chops and sear 5-7 minutes on each side or until browned and the juices are clear.
- Set aside.
- Pour WATCHAREE'S Thai Yellow Curry Sauce in a saucepan or wok and cook with medium heat until boiling.
- Remove from heat and pour over the seared pork loin chops and serve with jasmine or brown rice.
