Pulled Chicken Taco with Thai Peanut Sauce
These pulled chicken tacos bring together the comforting richness of slow-cooked chicken with the bold, nutty flavor of our authentic Thai Peanut Sauce. Inspired by global fusion cooking, this recipe transforms a classic taco into something fresh, vibrant, and full of Thai-inspired character.
Tender shredded chicken is coated in our peanut sauce, then served in warm tortillas and topped with crisp slaw and crushed peanuts for added texture. The result is a perfectly balanced bite with savory, creamy, and crunchy elements in every mouthful.
Ready in just 30 minutes using a pressure cooker or slow cooker, this gluten-free recipe is ideal for easy weeknight dinners, casual gatherings, or a fun twist on taco night. It is a simple way to bring bold, Thai-inspired flavor into an everyday favorite.
