Ingredients
- ¼ cup Watcharee’s Thai Spicy Chili Sauce (or Thai Lemongrass Chili Sauce or Thai Basil & Garlic Sauce)
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- White pepper, to taste
- Lettuce leaves for wrapping (optional: butter lettuce, romaine, or iceberg)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar.
- Add the sliced chicken and white pepper. Toss well to coat, then marinate for at least 20 minutes
- Cook the Chicken — Stovetop Method: Pan-sear the chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through (about 6–8 minutes). Cook the Chicken — Air Fry Method: Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Once cooked, toss with Watcharee’s Thai Sauce of your choice until well coated.
- Wrap chicken in lettuce leaves — and enjoy!
