Seared Pork Chops with Thai Basil & Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ bottle Watcharee’s Thai Basil & Garlic Sauce
- 4 1-inch boneless pork chops
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- ¼ head of cauliflower, cut into small pieces
- ½ onion, sliced
- 3-4 tbs oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Toss all vegetables with 2 tbs of oil. Add salt and pepper.
- Heat a cast iron skillet pan to medium high and add 1-2 tbs of oil. Add pork chops to the skillet pan and sear for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the pork chops to sear on other side for another 5-7 minutes. Turn off the heat.
- Rest seared pork chops on a rack or a plate and cover with foil.
- Heat the cast iron skillet pan to medium high and add 1-2 tbs of oil. Add vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Serve pork chops and vegetables with Watcharee’s Basil &Garlic Sauce. Enjoy!
