Ingredients
- ½ cup Watcharee’s Thai Sweet Chili &Ginger Sauce
- 1 block tofu or flavored tofu (such as Sriracha or five spice), seared or air-fried.
- Lettuce leaves, separated and washed
- 3 cups cooked glass noodles
- 4 -5 stems fresh cilantro
- 4 -5 stems fresh culantro (optional)
- 4 - 5 sprigs fresh mint, leaves picked
- Crispy shallots (optional, for garnish)
Directions
- Prepare glass noodles according to package instructions, or make naturally colorful noodles in pink or blue using this recipe
- Sear or air-fry tofu (or flavored tofu) until golden and lightly crispy.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter.
- Fill each lettuce leaf with glass noodles and tofu.
- Top with cilantro, fresh mint, and crispy shallots if using.
- Drizzle with Watcharee’s Thai Sweet Chili &Ginger Sauce just before serving.
