Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Watcharee’s Thai Red Curry Sauce
  • ½ cup ground turkey
  • 1 pack of noodles, cooked according to package
  • 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1–2 red chilies, roughly chopped (optional, for extra heat)
  • 1 cup vegetable, sliced (such as mushroom, zucchini, carrots or other veggies you have on hand)
  • 1 tsp fish sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Mince the garlic, chop the chilies (if using), and slice your vegetable
  2. In a skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add a small amount of oil. Stir in the garlic and chilies. Cook for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground turkey and 1-2 tbsp of Watcharee’s Thai Red Curry Sauce and cook for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
  5. Add noodles, the rest of Watcharee’s Thai Red Curry Sauce. Add fish sauce if using. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to warm through.
  6. Enjoy!
