Ingredients

  • 1 jar Watcharee’s Thai Red Curry Sauce
  • 1/2 green cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 small purple cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 16 frozen dumplings
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup frozen edamame

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cabbage wedges and sear until lightly charred and caramelized on both sides.
  3. Pour in 1 jar of Watcharee’s Thai Red Curry Sauce.
  4. Add about 1 inch of water to the empty jar, close the lid, shake well to rinse out all the curry goodness, and pour into the pan.
  5. Add frozen edamame and frozen dumplings to the pan.
  6. Cover with a lid and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through and heated thoroughly.
  7. Serve with crusty bread, rice, or noodles.
