Thai Yellow Curry Sauce with Seafood and Butternut Squash Noodles
This Thai yellow curry with seafood and butternut squash noodles is a vibrant, nourishing dish that brings together rich curry flavor and fresh ingredients. A mix of tender seafood is simmered in our authentic Yellow Curry Sauce, creating a creamy, gently spiced base.
Paired with butternut squash noodles, this recipe offers a lighter, naturally gluten-free alternative to traditional noodles while adding a subtle sweetness that complements the curry. Easy to prepare and full of balanced flavor, it’s perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner or an impressive meal at home.
