Ingredients
- ¼ cup Watcharee’s Thai Red Curry Sauce
- ½ cup ground turkey
- 1 pack of noodles, cooked according to package
- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1–2 red chilies, roughly chopped (optional, for extra heat)
- 1 cup vegetable, sliced (such as mushroom, zucchini, carrots or other veggies you have on hand)
- 1 tsp fish sauce (optional)
Directions
- Mince the garlic, chop the chilies (if using), and slice your vegetable
- In a skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add a small amount of oil. Stir in the garlic and chilies. Cook for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey and 1-2 tbsp of Watcharee’s Thai Red Curry Sauce and cook for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
- Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
- Add noodles, the rest of Watcharee’s Thai Red Curry Sauce. Add fish sauce if using. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to warm through.
