Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Watcharee's Thai Peanut Sauce
  • 1 cup cooked noodles (rice noodles, lo mein, or ramen work well)
  • 1 tbsp Sichuan chili crunch
  • 1 tbsp sesame chili oil (optional, for extra nuttiness)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted roasted peanuts, roughly ground or chopped
  • 1–2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts separated)

Directions

  1. Toss the noodles with sesame chili oil and Watcharee’s Thai Peanut Sauce. Mix well until evenly coated.
  2. Add the sliced scallions and Sichuan chili crunch. Toss lightly to combine.
  3. Top with crushed roasted peanuts for added crunch. Enjoy!
