Thai Sweet Chili Air Fryer Salmon Bites
Perfect for busy weeknights, this quick and flavorful dish comes together effortlessly with the help of an air fryer and Watcharee’s sauces. Crispy salmon bites, tossed with a sweet and spicy ginger glaze, are served over fluffy jasmine rice infused with butterfly pea flower for a comforting, satisfying meal. A side of quick pickled veggies adds a bright, tangy crunch that brings everything together beautifully.

Ingredients
- 1/3 bottle Watcharee’s Thai Sweet Chili &
- Ginger
- 1 lb salmon, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1 bag of mixed shredded cabbage
- ½ cup of Thai Pickle Vinegar Mixture
- 1–2 sprigs cilantro or scallions, thinly sliced (optional, for garnish)
- Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
- Oil mister or 1tbs of oil
Directions
- Prep the salmon: Pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Season &
- oil: Lightly mist the salmon and air fryer basket with oil (or toss salmon with 1 tbsp oil). Season with salt and pepper.
- Air fry: Cook in the air fryer at 400°F for 7–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Sauce it up: Transfer the cooked salmon to a bowl and toss with Watcharee’s Thai Sweet Chili &
- Ginger Sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish &
- serve: Top with cilantro or scallions. Serve with Thai jasmine rice or Thai butterfly pea rice.
- Make quick pickled cabbage: Toss shredded cabbage with 1/2 cup of the Thai Pickle Vinegar Mixture and serve on the side.
