  • 1 bottle Watcharee’s Thai Spicy Chili Sauce
  • 1 cup leftover turkey meat, cubed
  • 1 pack Belgian endive or bibb lettuce
  • 5-8 culantro leaves, chiffonnade (optional)
  • 5 stems fresh mint, chiffonnade
  • 5 stems Thai basil or Italian basil, chiffonnade
  • ½ cup roasted nuts of your choice

Directions

  1. Arrange turkey in each Belgian Endive leave. Add culantro, mint and basil.
  2. Add roasted nuts such as peanuts, cashews or pistachios.
