Maine Lobster Rolls with Pad Thai Sauce
These Maine lobster rolls are a classic seafood favorite with a fresh, flavorful twist. Sweet, tender lobster is lightly dressed and served in a soft, toasted roll, then finished with our authentic Thai sauce for a subtle balance of savory, tangy, and slightly sweet flavors.
Simple to prepare yet incredibly satisfying, this recipe is perfect for summer meals, casual gatherings, or an elevated lunch at home. It’s a delicious way to enjoy the natural flavor of lobster with a light Thai-inspired touch.
